• Lead requirements gathering efforts for the design and development of a publication management system. • Engage with diverse stakeholders, including researchers, faculty, librarians, compliance teams, and IT staff, to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Translate complex scientific, bibliographic, and compliance needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to drive consensus across multiple stakeholder groups. • Develop detailed artifacts such as BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and process maps. • Support validation of requirements through design reviews, testing, and user acceptance activities. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
