• Take full ownership of Foothills Painting’s marketing across channels • Manage and optimize performance with disciplined testing and decision-making • Build the systems and playbooks for the entire marketing department • Partner with Sales to improve close rate, lead quality, and speed-to-contact • Coordinate with Operations to manage capacity versus demand • Launch and optimize campaigns, build landing pages, write ad copy, and structure offers • Manage vendors as needed
