Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or fast moving environment
- Must have experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, ML, data, platform, etc.) but comfortable working across the full business (GTM, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of developing unique sourcing tactics to uncover and engage high quality passive talent
- Clear communication and strong hiring manager partnership skills
- A highly organized, detail oriented approach to managing multiple searches simultaneously
- Data driven mindset, you think in funnels, metrics, and process optimization
- Bias toward action and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Comfort working in an environment where priorities evolve and there’s always something new to tackle
