• Manage multiple IT teams within one or more functional areas • Formulates and develops effective test architecture based on organizational needs • Manages teams to support testing strategies and activities • Ensures overall integrity of testing strategy • Collaborates effectively with all constituents involved in solution planning, development and operation • Participates in architecture and technical specification review • Reviews test plans and test cases for multi-application, enterprise-wide testing efforts • Establish technical testing policies, standards and procedures • Provides advice, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback to team members
