• Direct and manage projects to achieve high standards of quality, adherence to schedules, and budget goals • Develop and update design documents, including one-line diagrams, electrical plans, and specifications • Collaborate with customers, project teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution • Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant standards (NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE, ANSI) • Identify potential project issues and provide solutions • Undertake short-term travel as required by project assignments
