• Lead Zscaler’s global content and optimization (SEO/AEO/GEO) strategies. You’ll be responsible for defining metrics of success, monitoring our performance against these metrics, and adjusting our strategies to continuously increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and AI-driven search visibility. • Directly manage and develop a team of optimization specialists and web content writers (performance management, coaching, and career development), driving high-quality execution and continuous improvement to deliver search-informed editorial strategies aligned to customer needs and buyer journeys. • Own technical optimization and site performance initiatives, collaborating with analytics and web engineering teams to improve crawl efficiency, page speed and overall site health. • Champion user experience improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance clarity, usability, and conversion across key pages. • Lead content strategy initiatives to continuously improve and expand Zscaler’s global web presence, using best in class analytics, optimization, and CRO tools to validate assumptions and drive forward motion.
