• Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the loan servicing platform, aligning capabilities with business goals across all operational domains. • Serve as the primary liaison among key stakeholders, including Operations, IT, Compliance, Finance, and vendor partners, to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and adherence to regulatory standards. • Define business requirements and manage platform priorities, backlog, and release schedules based on business value, risk, and technical feasibility. • Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear functional specifications for system enhancements. • Oversee integration strategy with core systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance. • Develop and maintain standardized processes for configuration, testing, and deployment of platform changes. • Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. • Manage vendor relationships, including issue escalation, roadmap alignment, performance management, and cost negotiations. • Ensure regulatory compliance through strong platform governance, controls, and audit readiness. • Provide executive-level reporting and updates on platform performance, enhancement ROI, and operational impact.
