Job Description

• Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation • Select suppliers through qualification processes • Own supplier results, driving improvements utilizing supplier scorecards • Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance and driving improvement plans where needed • Provide informal guidance to new team members • Use technical expertise and judgment to solve problems • Leverage technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems

Job Requirements

For roles outside of the USA, requires advanced experience in Sourcing & Supplier Quality Engineering
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
For roles in USA, Bachelor's degree or high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
