Job Description
• Support, assist and monitor day-to-day operations for Microsoft 365 products including Office applications, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Support Entra ID and AWS IAM management. This includes user lifecycle management, group management, and role-based access controls.
• Monitor and assist with cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments, including Route 53 management.
• Support and assist with single sign-on integrations and SaaS registrations.
• Manage and assist with the day-to-day operations and administration of the organization’s file storage solutions.
• Manage and assist with the day-to-day operations and administration of the organization’s unified communication platforms.
• Support and assist with administration and day-to-day operations of the organizations zero trust platform
• Assist with maintaining secure egress IP configurations for SaaS and third-party integration
• Monitor and assist with day-to-day operations and administration of the organization’s email security paltform.
• Configure, deploy, administer, and maintain office network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, connectivity problems, and outages
• Coordinate and assist with network documentation, modifications, support, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assist with the administration and day-to-day operation and management of endpoint management platforms, including patch management and application deployment.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices throughout their lifecycle, including enrollment and decommissioning
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to support endpoint security initiatives and audits
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, service desk, or similar IT role
- Strong technical aptitude with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, electronically, and in writing
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong interest in technology and a desire to continuously learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices
- Demonstrated security-first mindset, with an understanding of security best practices.
