• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 active litigation cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are properly filed. • Assist one attorney in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management. • Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents. • Maintain consistent client communication and handle case updates efficiently. • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics. • Ensure compliance with Illinois state court procedures, particularly in Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties. • Utilize strong technology skills to streamline case management processes and improve operational efficiency.
