• Conduct outbound calls to engage senior adults
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Educate customers about product benefits
• Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads
• Collaborate with sales team to improve strategies
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in sales, preferably outbound sales
- Comfort and adaptability when working with technology
- Ability to engage customers with clear, concise communication
- Strong passion for helping others
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Demonstrated patience and empathy when interacting with senior adults
