Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Science, Education Technology, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred 3–5+ years of experience designing digital learning for sales, product, or technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise learning content for a business audience
- Experience designing learning for adult learners with measurable performance outcomes
- Strong portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning, video, and blended learning solutions
- Background in sales enablement, producer education, or product training
- Expertise with: Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), AI‑based narration and video creation platforms (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, Descript, Vyond)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (administration experience a plus)
- Knowledge of multimedia tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent
