Job Description
• Lead a dynamic team supporting strategic initiatives within Executive Lines and across the C&F organization.
• Oversee systems implementations and optimizing project delivery in an Agile environment.
• Define and manage product backlogs while collaborating with underwriters, leadership and multiple development teams.
• Enhance business performance, improve operational efficiency, and support the company’s growth objectives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product business analysts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience, working in insurance industry preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a related role in the property & casualty insurance industry
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Working knowledge of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
