• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the SAP Basis team, ensuring system stability and high performance. • Develop and own the end-to-end SAP test strategy, including functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing. • Manage the full testing lifecycle for SAP projects, including test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, and reporting. • Plan, install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, SLT, Solution Manager, etc.). • Lead SAP upgrades, support packages, kernel patches, and system refreshes. • Monitor system performance and implement proactive tuning strategies. • Manage transport management system (TMS) and oversee system copies, backups, and recovery procedures. • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and implement appropriate controls for SAP environments. • Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams to manage integrations and resolve issues. • Collaborate with project managers and SAP functional/technical teams during implementations, migrations, or system enhancements. • Vendor and license management for SAP and third-party tools (e.g., backup, monitoring, automation). • Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, and operational procedures. • Stay current with new SAP technologies and recommend strategic improvements.
