• Collaborating with the Solution Owner (Principal Strategic Consultant) on the design and owns the execution and detailed configuration for major functional areas of the solution, ensuring optimal platform use within the defined design • Leading detailed business process mapping sessions for specific functions or departments to identify pain points and configure the target state processes • Delivering operational optimization projects focused on refining existing workflows and improving productivity within defined parameters • Providing technical feasibility assessments for configuration requests within the core platform • Working closely with the Solution Owner to understand the overall design and proactively flags potential technical triggers that may require engagement with the Solution Architect (SA) or other technical resources or owns this engagement where the SO doesn’t exist • Serving as a key contributor to resolution discussions regarding solution or configuration challenges, partnering with the Project Manager (PM) & Solution Owner (SO) to manage communication and drive the path to resolution • Consulting with the Data Engineer to ensure the configured solutions aligns with data transformation requirements • Contributing to and executing the customer’s change management and adoption plan • Acting as a trusted advisor to key users, guiding them through Bullhorn best practices and operational trade-offs to protect the integrity of the solution design
