Job Requirements
- MD or DO with active state licensure in New York; board certification in a relevant medical specialty preferred
- Have at least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience in internal, family, or functional medicine
- You think in systems, not appointments. Protocols, care pathways, population health - that's your language.
- Prior experience working in digital health, health tech and/or other experience building a business where technology is a core operational layer of the business
- Builder with a growth mindset - you've built something, designed something, or advised something outside of traditional clinical practice. You push outside of your comfort zone frequently.

Provide clinical oversight for inpatient care management, perform medical necessity and length-of-stay reviews, collaborate with providers and operational partners, apply evidence-based guidelines, support quality initiatives, and participate in rotational call and holiday coverage.
