• Collaborate with producers, creative partners and stakeholders throughout the video production lifecycle. • Execute complete video edits: assembly, rough cut, fine cut and final delivery. • Design and integrate on-screen graphics, motion design, titles and animations aligned with creative direction and brand guidelines. • Work with music, dialogue, sound effects and audio cleanup to achieve a polished final product. • Identify and troubleshoot video and audio issues related to color, sound, timing and technical aspects. • Collaborate with senior Motion Artists to create advanced graphics and animations when required. • Review, organize, label and manage raw footage following established file structures and naming conventions. • Ensure a strong narrative with logical sequencing, good pacing and continuity. • Create multiple formats and versions in different aspect ratios as required for delivery (social media, web, broadcast, etc.). • Add metadata and closed captions, ensuring accessibility and platform compliance. • Implement and adhere to QA/QC processes to maintain high production standards. • Actively use generative AI tools and emerging technologies to create, enhance, optimize or correct video and audio during post-production.
