THE ROLE As Thrive Market continues to scale rapidly, we're seeking a Manager of Product Analytics to lead our product analytics function and drive data-informed decision making across our digital experience. You'll manage a team of talented product analysts while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to unlock insights that shape our product strategy and member experience. This role combines people leadership with hands-on analytical work, requiring someone who can both guide a team to excellence and dive deep into complex analyses when needed. You'll build the frameworks, processes, and culture that enable our product organization to make confident, data-driven decisions at speed. JOB INFORMATION Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000/Per Year. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location. Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more! This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for all-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
