• Own technical leadership across CX AI opportunities in the US, partnering with sales to shape deal strategy and customer outcomes. • Run structured discovery workshops to surface business goals, technical constraints, regulatory considerations, and success metrics. • Design future-state architectures that combine product analytics, marketing insights, and CX data within secure, compliant environments. • Deliver tailored demonstrations that showcase Amplitude’s AI Agents, experimentation, journey analytics, and personalization workflows. • Map RFP and RFI requirements to platform capabilities, including data governance, residency, and security controls. • Scope pilots and proofs of concept with clear evaluation criteria, timelines, and mutual success plans. • Advise executives on how analytics maturity can drive revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. • Navigate international privacy frameworks and industry regulations in partnership with legal and security teams. • Capture field intelligence on competitive positioning, emerging CX patterns, and buyer objections to inform product and GTM strategy. • Support post-sale transitions by ensuring technical alignment and continuity with Customer Success teams.
