• Support secure launch, development, and commercial introduction of new aerospace products • Diagnose and resolve product quality and application issues through on-site observation, data analysis, and hands-on troubleshooting across multiple product systems • Assemble, operate, maintain, and manage aerospace application equipment and related inventory • Develop, document, and communicate corrective actions, procedures, and technical findings to internal teams and customers • Deliver comprehensive, independent customer training (in-house and on-site) across Commercial, General Aviation, and Military product segments; contribute to Aerospace Academy course development and instruction • Collaborate with customers on new engineering specifications and provide advanced technical support to internal service teams • Maintain accurate project, customer, and travel records within the PPG Aerospace CRM system
