• Grow sales and market share in the Food, Beverage, and Industrial markets by selling Regal Rexnord’s conveyance plastic and metal conveying chains/modular belts • Serve as a customer advocate, acting as the liaison between customers and Regal Rexnord Sales and Product Management • Educate, train, and present the features, benefits, and ROI of Regal Rexnord products and services to all customer types • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy —identify and cultivate new accounts including OEMs, end users, and integrators • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Area Account Managers, and Inside Sales to drive regional growth • Apply technical knowledge of Regal Rexnord products to deliver value-based solutions focused on performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership • Participate in trade shows, distributor open houses, and customer events as needed to support brand visibility and demand generation • Research and understand regional market share, competitive activity, and product visibility to support customer education and competitive positioning • Build and strengthen distributor relationships to increase sales, expand product penetration, and reinforce channel engagement.
