Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive professional experience as a sales professional in a fast-paced, multi-project Financial Services environment
- Over 7 years of experience in Proposal Management within the fintech industry (preferred) or similar fields
- Strong project management skills to support the RFP process, renewal process, and pricing process
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with the Responsive proposal automation tool
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience working with RFP online submission portals
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot and prompts
- Familiar with government RFPs and knowledge of managing response processes
- Excellent communication skills for working with Sales Executives and SMEs
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to align with the team’s values and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
