• Lead the customization and configuration of Prophet 21 (P21) using Dynachange for business rules, screen designs, menus, and advanced UI elements, ensuring alignment with strategic business requirements. • Architect, develop, and maintain advanced portals utilizing Report Studio/Info Maker, integrating them seamlessly within the P21 environment to enhance business intelligence capabilities. • Design, develop, and optimize robust SQL Stored Procedures, SQL Views, and manage SSMS processes to support complex data operations and reporting needs within P21. • Drive the design and implementation of critical integrations between P21 and various third-party systems (e.g., banking platforms, Concur), ensuring data integrity and efficient process flow. • Lead and manage ERP upgrades, including comprehensive testing, debugging, and deployment strategies, to minimize disruption and ensure system stability and performance. • Collaborate strategically with diverse business stakeholders to identify systemic process gaps, translating complex business needs into scalable and sustainable P21 solutions. • Develop detailed functional specifications and technical documentation that guide development efforts and ensure clarity and accuracy for complex system changes and new implementations.
