Job Description
• Oversee scrum ceremonies and enforce agile best practices across technical teams.
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to align on milestones and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, impediments, and resource constraints.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience in technical project management and agile delivery.
- Proven experience as a delivery manager on large enterprise implementations in a global company.
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud and enterprise financial systems.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and complex timelines effectively.
- PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale ERP or EPM implementations.
