• Concept, shoot, and Produce Creative Content: Assist in concepting, shooting and producing creative content (video and stills) for use on various social media platforms. • Ensures that each assigned projects meet brand standards and social trends. • Takes graphic design best practices and apply them into social specific content. • Build photoshoot plans and attend photoshoots and events to capture content. • Edit and enhance existing content to improve engagement and SEO performance. • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly • Cross Functional Teammates: Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Media, and Creative to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns. • Collaborate with external creative agencies to shoot and/or edit content. • Collaborates with paid media specialists/strategists on platform best practices. • Industry Trends: Dedicate time to researching trends and opportunities, as well as popular styles of editing/filming. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies. • Education: Be a resource on the creative team that other teammates go to for guidance and inspiration. • Educate creative and social teams on new ways of shooting and editing content.
