Job Description

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for end-to-end project oversight across quantitative and qualitative methodologies. • Ensure Project Managers are equipped to manage complex, multi-method research studies with excellence. • Build scalable processes and documentation that support consistent delivery standards. • Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and hiring needs to ensure sustainable growth. • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, onboard, and retain top industry talent. • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, client-centricity, and continuous improvement. • Serve as a senior consultative partner to key consulting firm clients and enterprise accounts. • Participate in strategic client meetings, business reviews, and solution design conversations. • Translate client objectives into operationally sound execution strategies. • Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. • Support the sales process by advising on feasibility, methodology considerations, pricing strategy, and operational implications. • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and strengthen long-term partnerships. • Standardize project delivery processes across both qualitative and quantitative research. • Ensure adherence to timelines, profitability targets, and client satisfaction KPIs. • Oversee compliance with ISO standards, GDPR, adverse event reporting, and all applicable regulatory requirements. • Partner with Engineering and cross-functional leaders to enhance project management systems and drive efficiencies. • Maintain oversight of panel best practices, sampling quality, and data integrity. • Ensure smooth handovers and appropriate holiday/coverage planning. • Lead the development and scaling of the Consultancy Services function as a strategic growth area. • Contribute to defining service offerings, positioning, and operational frameworks. • Drive innovation in methodologies, workflows, and service models. • Assist in the integration of future acquisitions to ensure best practices are maintained.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in market research project management or operations
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a staff of 3+ employees
  • Experience in overseeing both quantitative and qualitative research projects
  • Experience working directly with consulting firms or enterprise-level clients strongly preferred
  • Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative project management role in the medical/healthcare market research field
  • Thorough understanding of both qualitative and quantitative domestic and international market research projects
  • Ability to lead a team made up of both junior and senior team members
  • Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Well-developed analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word, and be a quick learner of new technologies/software.
