Job Description
• Leading operator‑side RAN acceptance execution across lab and field environments for the Americas region.
• Ensuring standardized probe packs, acceptance criteria, persistence thresholds, CIQ integrity, and service‑level objectives (SLOs) are validated for pre‑launch and beta activation milestones.
• Planning and executing operator test cycles, diagnosing defects, validating KPIs, aligning results with OSS/NOC workflows, and publishing readiness artifacts.
• Driving coordinated execution across operators, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
• Overseeing vendor and MNO test activities, governing BPMS workflows, and managing activation sequencing with NOC and scheduling functions.
• Reducing acceptance churn, limiting post‑activation rework, and ensuring regional launches meet performance targets.
