Job Description

• Utilize communication, change management, and consulting expertise to manage client relationships • Lead communication projects • Plan development of effective multi-media communication and change management campaigns • Manage large, complex client projects and relationships • Consult with select clients at senior HR level • Stay current with communication trends and delivery channels • Create and nurture successful client relationships • Mentor and coach junior consultants • Analyze industry trends and address client needs

Job Requirements

7+ years of relevant work experience
Education of a Bachelor’s or higher in related discipline
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR/benefits expertise
Comfortable with engaging with and presenting to clients
Ability to collaborate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders
Ability to write and guide others to write compelling communication materials
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated experience in coaching, leading and/or managing people
Ability to partner with subject matter experts from other lines of business
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
