• Write, produce, and direct short-form digital video and social media content, including patient stories, medical expert advice, explainers, and promos. • Conduct casting research/outreach and interviews with medical experts and people with chronic health conditions. • Produce remote video recordings over Zoom. • The ability to produce rare on-location shoots is a plus, including directing talent, hiring crew, renting equipment, managing budget, sourcing locations, and handling shoot logistics. • Develop, pitch, and produce new ideas and concepts. • Create treatments and presentation decks. • Manage the post-production process: create paper cuts, manage video editors, process feedback, and deliver projects end-to-end, on schedule and within budget. • Apply project management tools (Asana) to maintain communication workflow and stay on deadline. • Collaborate across departments, communicating clearly with client alliance managers, content editorial teams, vendors, and freelancers. • Stay up to date on trending social content, AI, technical developments, and industry standards to help improve workflow efficiency and quality.
