• Complete daily and monthly reporting for investors within the SLA timelines. • Perform reconciliation, root cause analysis and resolution of daily rejects or edits between Valon’s servicing platform and the investor’s expected values. • Review and remit funds to investors and clients within the SLA’s • Assist in the completion of client billing every month • Execute and problem-solve in day-to-day operations for Investor Reporting • Collaborate with other servicing departments in building or improving cross-departmental tasks. • Assist with audits by providing required documentation or research as requested. • Provide feedback on existing processes and process changes to improve the efficiency of operations. • Collaborate with the Product Managers and the Engineering team to successfully implement new products or improvements to existing products. • Scope upcoming changes from the GSEs and determine impacts on the system and operational processes.
