- 15+ years of technical recruiting experience
- 5+ years in leadership or management roles within elite, high-growth AI or infrastructure-focused startups
- Genuine obsession with the AI space
- Proven experience partnering with high bar founders
- Track record of winning talent from top labs and tech giants
- Energy from building a team and being in the hunt
- Use metrics to diagnose problems and forecast needs
