Job Description

• Curate, validate, clean, and analyze datasets • Perform research on various healthcare related subjects • Follow documented procedures to complete recurring tasks like performing quality assurance on data • Execute monthly operational data pipelines • Balance several projects at the same time while maintaining a high degree of quality, organization, and communication • Suggest process improvements as you identify them • Build and retain detail-oriented working knowledge of Garner processes and data infrastructure

Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a major that required critical thinking, attention to detail, and research skills
Demonstrated work or academic experience in data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis
Familiarity with data manipulation in Google Sheets or Excel; interest in/familiarity with coding languages like SQL
A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment; comfortable with some ambiguity
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
