• Engage with clients to understand business goals and translate them into scalable BI solutions using Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric, and/or the Microsoft Power Platform. • Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows: - Alteryx Designer/Server for data preparation, blending, and automation. - Microsoft Fabric components such as OneLake, Data Factory pipelines, Data Engineering/Lakehouse, and Synapse experiences. • Develop end-to-end analytics artifacts: - Semantic models, datasets, and metrics in Fabric. - Interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query/M). • Implement robust data modeling (star/snowflake), data quality checks, and security (RLS/OLS) to ensure accuracy and governance. • Contribute to solution architecture decisions, tool selection, and best practices for performance, reusability, and cost-efficiency. • Explore and prototype AI-assisted data enablement (e.g., copilots, AI-driven data preparation, natural language insights) where appropriate. • Produce clear documentation and provide user enablement/training to support adoption. • Support business development with solution demonstrations, estimates, and proposal inputs. • Optional: provide informal mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team; light project coordination as needed.
