Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales.
- Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and accuracy skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Business development mindset with a focus on sales growth.
- Exceptional customer service awareness and responsiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Lead publisher-level alliances with ERP, TMS, and WMS software publishers to position Cleo as a preferred integration partner.
