• work within the Fuels and Digital Engineering team of Global Nuclear Fuel – Americas (GNF) • manage engineers performing safety analysis in support of various applications including BWR transient analyses and thermal hydraulic analyses • demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives • support the development of technical talent and depth within the team • provide leadership, resources and training needed to assure high quality deliverables in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures and regulatory agency guidelines • support the development, maintenance and control of the licensing and design bases and improvement of analysis processes • interface with project management and direct resources to execute to defined project work schedules and priorities • monitor and enforce compliance with policies and procedures • interface with internal customers, external customers and the NRC on technical issues • act as a leader in company / business initiatives • support GVH quality requirements, including participation in design reviews, initiating and responding to Condition Reports, identifying and providing needed training and mentoring, maintaining adequate levels of qualified personnel
