Job Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, real-time feedback, and intentional growth opportunities. • Stay deeply connected to the Pest Control industry, bringing forward insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving client needs to help clients stay ahead. • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their partnership with Scorpion. • Drive initiatives that strengthen and grow existing client relationships through renewals, upsells, and value expansion—directly contributing to retention and long-term revenue growth. • Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, monitoring performance, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities. • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Service Delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging, seamless execution, and innovative client solutions. • Leverage data and KPIs to guide decision-making, measure success, identify improvement opportunities, and celebrate team and client wins. • Continuously improve workflows, remove roadblocks, and implement best practices to increase efficiency, scalability, and service quality using technology and data insights. • Ensure client portfolios align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and reporting standards. • Serve as a strategic advisor to both clients and internal teams, bringing forward expertise in digital marketing strategy and emerging industry trends to drive stronger client results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in account management or client services within a digital marketing agency or comparable environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams, with a track record of driving performance and development
  • 2+ years managing private equity portfolios or leading a book of strategic or high-value accounts with end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, client success, and long-term partnership strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly ramp in new verticals and translate industry nuances into client strategy and results
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing strategy, performance channels, and the tools that power scalable growth
  • Uses complex data to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and guide high-impact strategic decisions
  • Builds and executes strategic plans that drive revenue, client success, and operational efficiency
  • Leads with inclusion and accountability, creating high-trust environments where teams perform at their best
  • Influences and aligns stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success
  • Leverages CRM and client platforms to improve visibility, forecasting, and client outcomes
  • Maintains focus and execution quality in high-growth, fast-changing environments
  • Delivers compelling executive-level presentations that drive clarity, alignment, and action
