Job Description
• Ensuring the statistical rigor and validity of our products
• Developing new techniques to bring value to our users
• Advocating for technically-sophisticated personas in our product development process
• Raising the bar for data-driven decision making within our products
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in industry
- Masters or PhD in Statistics or a related field, or 3+ years experience specifically in online experimentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate technical ideas and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A pragmatic and iterative approach to engineering that emphasizes incremental progress and continuous delivery.
