About the Role As a Client Partner, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and managing high-impact client relationships, supporting their digital transformation journey with Kipi.ai. You’ll own your accounts, skillfully gathering requirements, proactively addressing customer needs, and leading Key Responsibilities Client Relationships: ● Act as the primary point of contact for new & existing clients, managing daily sales and account responsibilities. ● Develop a deep understanding of client needs within their business strategy and digital landscape. ● Onboard, manage, and nurture complex client relationships, fostering long-term success. ● Build strategic plans for client success across your portfolio of clients and prospects. Account Management: ● Coordinate technical resources to ensure client needs and project goals are met. ● Oversee all aspects of the direct sales organization to drive sales performance and meet goals. ● Facilitate management reviews to assess account performance metrics and business initiatives. ● Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery for optimal client experience. Collaboration: ● Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. ● Coordinate with Snowflake and Kipi.ai account teams to align on customer projects and objectives. ● Aside from new business, identify opportunities for Kipi.ai service expansion within existing client relationships and regions. Qualifications: ● 5+ years of enterprise sales experience (a must), preferably in the cloud, data, or AI ecosystem. ● Proven experience in client relationship management with strong organizational skills. ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. ● Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency with financial data analysis to guide decision-making. ● Location in Denver (preferred); open to San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas or Austin.
