The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Job Type: Contractual Location: Remote (May require travel) Essential Functions Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field 15-20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions (Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O) Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP implementations, including full project lifecycle management and multiple go-live deployments Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred Experience working in a global delivery model, managing distributed teams across different time zones Ability to travel to client's location based in Utah, USA as needed Preferred Certifications: MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
