Job Description
• Responsible for leading projects while integrating knowledge of business and functional priorities for the functional systems and technology platform.
• Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for business partners as well as team members for the platform.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to more junior team members.
• Represents the department as a primary technical point of contact for functional systems and technology platform.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for the functional platform to answer questions/concerns about platform changes and capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrates strong expertise in Workday Payroll, including end-to-end processing, configuration, and operational support.
- Leverages AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline functional system processes, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency across the technology platform.
- Familiarity with Workday development and reporting tools, including calculated fields, dashboards, and advanced reporting capabilities.
- Working knowledge of ADP GlobalView and/or Celergo payroll solutions, supporting multinational payroll operations.
- Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) or other time and attendance systems.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
