Job Description

• Define and execute multi-year growth strategy across Federal Health and Civilian agencies. • Deliver quarterly growth outcomes tied to qualified pipeline, awards, and revenue realization. • Drive win rates, book-to-bill, and sustained portfolio expansion. • Lead capture strategy for priority health opportunities ($50M–$1B+). • Shape entry into key IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, and agency-specific vehicles. • Oversee compliant, compelling proposal development. • Sponsor strategic recompetes and expansion opportunities. • Align ASG capabilities to health IT, digital health modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and cloud initiatives. • Ensure solutions meet FAR, NIST, FedRAMP, RMF, and agency-specific compliance requirements. • Translate clinical research, public health, and healthcare modernization priorities into scalable solutions. • Build executive-level relationships across CMS, NIH, VA, CDC, and HHS stakeholders. • Represent ASG at health industry forums and agency events. • Develop strategic teaming partnerships with primes, health IT vendors, and emerging technology firms. • Lead and mentor BD, capture, and proposal teams. • Establish growth metrics, reporting structure, and executive dashboards. • Foster disciplined growth execution and long-term account planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 15+ years of federal growth leadership within health and civilian agencies.
  • Demonstrated success winning contracts at CMS, NIH, VA, HHS, CDC, or related agencies.
  • Experience leading IDIQ pursuits, task orders, and strategic recompetes.
  • Strong understanding of federal health acquisition models.
  • Executive presence and ability to engage senior agency stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree.
  • Prior P&L ownership.
  • Experience supporting health IT, digital health, or clinical research environments.
  • Active clearance or eligibility.
  • Track record building scalable growth organizations within high-growth federal contractors.
