• Under the direction of the Contracts & Compliance Associate, the Student Assistant is responsible for providing the Enterprise & Procurement Services department with a wide range of support. • Contract drafting and lifecycle management, insurance compliance, contract compliance, risk management, information governance, customer service, and other administrative tasks. • Facilitate and assist with tracking contracts and certificates of insurance (including additional insured and other endorsements). • Support contract portfolio lifecycle by drafting contract modifications, extensions, amendments, notices, and preliminary agreement documents. • Communicate proactively, timely, and effectively with internal and external contacts regarding the status of contracts, insurance issues, projects, and/or other various documents or processes. • Provide general administrative support to supervisor such as: proofreading and formatting documents; organizing contract and legal files; filing; preparing correspondence and mailing; scheduling appointments; and other administrative tasks.
