• Provide end-to-end project management for a range of digital products and initiatives, including website and mobile app development, digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media), and e-commerce platform builds • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, web developers, content creators, and digital marketers, through the entire digital project lifecycle • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and strategic digital objectives • Create comprehensive project roadmaps, user stories, and detailed digital project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for platforms and tools • Manage day-to-day project tasks within Agile methodologies • Facilitate key project ceremonies (e.g., sprints, stand-ups) and coordinate workflow using project management software like Azure • Proactively identify potential risks, such as technical issues, scope creep, or resource bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure the project remains on track and within budget • Serve as the central communication hub, providing regular status updates, performance reports, and sprint reviews to stakeholders • Ensure that the final products meet defined standards for usability (UX), accessibility (WCAG), and functionality across various devices and browsers
