Job Description
• Provide guidance to teammates across the retail insurance organization, and to 3rd party vendors
• Manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals
• Add efficiency and drive excellence in client service and agency operations
Job Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- P&C Insurance License
- Business insurance experience
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to work without direct supervision
