• Maintain financial integrity and ensure compliance across operations • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, or other applicable standards • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis • Support and coordinate internal and external audits and serve as point of contact for auditors • Manage tax compliance activities including federal, state, and local filings • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring • Identify financial risks and inefficiencies; recommend cost-saving initiatives • Collaborate with FP&A, operations, legal, and leadership to provide financial insight
