Job Requirements
- A thorough and detailed understanding of BoxBrownie.com products and services
- An excellent standard of customer service on all platforms, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Oversee Key Account projects and keep accurate records
- Stay across individual deals and specific performance details for each Key Account, influencer, and partner
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Assist to ensure quality standards and SLAs are met
- Contribute to a positive team culture and communicate effectively with all colleagues
- Communicate effectively with BoxBrownie.com Management
