Talent Acquisition Specialist Company:** RELX Inc. Job Summary RELX Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Talent Acquisition Specialist to contribute to our HR team by supporting various talent acquisition initiatives. This role involves data-driven decision-making, ensuring compliance, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Job Responsibilities * **Recruitment Strategy & Execution:** Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. * **Data Management & Analysis:** Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform future talent acquisition efforts. This includes managing HR data systems and ensuring data integrity. * **Compensation & Benefits Support:** Provide support in understanding and communicating compensation and benefits packages to potential candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards. * **Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:** Ensure all talent acquisition processes comply with relevant regulatory principles and internal company policies. * **Stakeholder Communication:** Effectively present recruitment solutions and updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders, utilizing strong verbal communication skills and in-depth questioning techniques. * **Process Improvement:** Participate in the planning and organizing of talent acquisition projects, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. * **Systems & Tools Utilization:** Leverage HR information systems and other recruitment tools to streamline talent acquisition workflows and enhance data accuracy. Job Qualifications * Strong understanding of Compensation and Benefits principles. * Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Collection and Analysis, Data Controls, Data Interpretations, and Data Management - Human Resources. * Demonstrated ability to Effectively Present Solutions and engage in In-Depth Questioning. * Excellent Planning and Organizing skills. * Familiarity with Systems and Tools - Human Resources. * Exceptional Verbal Communications skills. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $102,800 - $171,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
