• Lead the effort to create delightful, product-led growth experiences that turn trial users into loyal customers. Your team will define and build: Onboarding flows and PLG conversion milestones, Product engagement features (e.g., “aha moments” like Recipe builders, interactive walkthroughs), Feature discovery mechanisms that accelerate value realization. • Oversee the engineering of Fingerprint’s core customer console – the analytics and control center customers use to: Monitor device signals and fraud risk, Configure account settings and detection rules, Understand performance, adoption, and operational health. • Coach, mentor, and grow engineers across two squads. • Set and uphold a high performance bar, addressing underperformance directly while creating clarity around expectations and outcomes. • Drive teams to operate with speed and focus, ensuring scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs are well understood and intentionally made. • Partner deeply with Product, Design, and GTM teams to translate roadmap vision into reality. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features while balancing scale, stability, and performance. • Provide architectural and technical guidance without micro-managing. • Help the team navigate complexity by pushing for simplicity, clarity, and maintainable solutions. • Participate in architectural discussions, occasionally code reviews as needed, and tech planning that influence platform scalability and reliability. • Help teams anticipate and address challenges around scale – both in traffic and in product complexity – ensuring onboarding flows and dashboards remain performant and dependable as usage grows. • Balance urgency with quality by helping teams make pragmatic decisions without over-engineering or unnecessary delays. • Be a visible bridge between engineering and stakeholders across the organization. • Distill technical tradeoffs into effective business decisions and clearly communicate rationale.

  • Product-Led Growth (PLG): Prior involvement with growth/revenue-impacting engineering initiatives (e.g., onboarding funnels, feature adoption metrics).
  • Security & Privacy Awareness: Understanding of security considerations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2) that underpin SaaS platforms.
  • Dev Infrastructure: Experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, monitoring/observability tooling, and performance optimization.
