• Oversee and drive the end-to-end technical delivery of the KPMG-US projects. • Lead planning, roadmap development, milestone definition, and delivery execution across distributed teams. • Ensure alignment with program objectives, architectural standards, and quality benchmarks. • Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams. • Apply industry-standard project management methodologies and governance practices. • Ensure early identification of risks, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution. • Work closely with engineering, data, QA, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery. • Serve as the primary delivery liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and the delivery organization. • Provide clear, consistent communication of project status, risks, timelines, and dependencies. • Oversee go-live planning, cutover coordination, runbook preparation, and post-implementation support.
