• Design, build, test, and support integrations across Workday, UKG, and third-party systems • Build and modify Workday → UKG integrations using Boomi • Serve as UKG System Administrator, configuring: Pay rules, work rules, and pay codes • Act as functional administrator for Workday Supply Chain or Finance; backup for HCM Core • Develop integrations using Boomi, Workday EIBs/APIs/Studio, and related tools • Support ERP programming for Workday and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) • Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues; ensure data integrity • Manage tickets, change requests, and CAB documentation • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors • Provide ongoing support and post–go-live troubleshooting
